A simple e-mail reply without modifying the subject will ensure this follow-up. Alternatively, you may prefer to track your current tickets via the OsTicket interface, accessible at http://minerve.locean-ipsl.upmc.fr/tickets.php from your intranet or vpn. Your login to this interface is prenom.nom@locean.ipsl.fr, and the password is the one you use on the locean network.
