The 6-digit number [#XXXXXX] is your ticket number and we ask you to copy it (in its complete form [#XXXXXX]) into the subject of all your subsequent correspondence with adm-support concerning the same request. assigning you a ticket number. A simple e-mail reply without modifying the subject will ensure this follow-up. Alternatively, you may prefer to track your current tickets via the OsTicket interface, accessible at http://minerve.locean-ipsl.upmc.fr/tickets.php from your intranet or vpn. Your login to this interface is prenom.nom@locean.ipsl.fr, and the password is the one you use on the locean network.
