You will then receive an automatic e-mail with the subject: AR [#XXXXXX] and the subject of your request.

The 6-digit number [#XXXXXX] is your ticket number and we ask you to copy it (in its complete form [#XXXXXX]) into the subject of all your subsequent correspondence with adm-support concerning the same request. A simple e-mail reply, without changing the subject, will ensure this follow-up. You may also prefer to track your current tickets via the OsTicket interface, accessible at http://minerve.locean-ipsl.upmc.fr/tickets.php from the intranet or VPN. Your login for this interface is prenom.nom@locean.ipsl.fr, and the password is the one you use on the LOCEAN network.

To allow the management team to work optimally, they will see you without an appointment every morning. When they are working from home, you can contact them by email or on their mobile phones. The office is closed in the afternoon. You can, however, request an appointment either by replying to an open ticket or by sending an email to adm-support@locean.ipsl.fr.

So: Morning without an appointment, afternoon by appointment.
